Case Study: Sweeper for Kubota BX2350

Kubota BX2350 Compact tractor is a popular versatile model for contractors and sites. The Kubota BX2350 Compact Tractor packs impressive power, with a two-speed hydrostatic transmission and 4WD system, making it ideal for handling tough tasks on a variety of terrains. By fitting a front linkage and using/extending the existing tractor auxiliary hydraulic system we could fit attachments like the Kersten Sweeper, and Snow Plough enabling quick, efficient conversions for site maintenance and seasonal maintenance tasks.

FKM 12537 H-ABR 37 is a compact sweeper that allow the tractor to manoeuvre in tight urban spaces; making maintaining hard surfaces in the urban setting simple and easy. The FKM37 sweeper only requires a small amount of oil flow(8l/min); which does not require any additional hydraulic unit to provide an additional power to the sweeper as the tractor has an sufficient hydraulic flow to power this sweeper attachments.

The items used in this project for the Sweeper were as follows:

1. FKM 12537 H-ABR 37 125cm Hydraulic Driven Sweeper
2. ABR 37 KD- Bracket for CAT 1 front linkage A frames for FKM 37 series sweepers
3. Front Linkage Kit
4. GUSPL 125 - Front Brush Guard 125cm - for 37cm sweepers

The BX 2350 compact tractor can also be fitted to a KM45 sweepers; for example: KM 13045 H-ABR 45 130cm Hydraulic driven sweeper, however it requires:

1. MP-HYDR-DP-HECK Hydraulic kit for tractors with PTO drive
2. SL-HYDR-DP-HECK Hydraulic extension hoses for connecting the hydraulic unit(rear three-point) to the attachment
3. ABR 45 KD-M Brackets for KM 45 Sweeper

Other attachments such as:

1. SCHN 13545 FK-ABR 130cm width, 45cm high snow plough
2. SCHN 13060 FK-ABR 130cm width, 60cm high snow plough
3. UB 6080 MK-ABR Front Mounted Mechanical PTO Weed Brush
4. LBV 6900 M-ABR Front mounted Mechanically driven Leaf blower

can also be fitted on the Kubota BX tractor.
